  • What is the typical timeline for completing a project with Gianni Creative Agency?
    The timeline for each project varies depending on its complexity and scope. For example, an email marketing design can take 1-2 business days; a printable longer document can take 5-10 business days depending on the length of the document; a logo design can take 2-3 business days; full branding can take 5-10 business days; and a website (full development) can take ± 20 business days. (This is just a guideline and each project might be quicker or longer than mentioned here) During the initial consultation phase, we'll work closely with you to establish project milestones and deadlines that align with your needs and expectations. Our goal is to deliver high-quality results in a timely manner, ensuring that your project is completed efficiently without compromising on creativity or attention to detail.
  • What is your design and photography process from enquiry to project finalisation?
    1. Initial Enquiry and Consultation: The process begins with a client enquiry, either through our website, an email, a phone call or text message. A consultation meeting is scheduled between the client and one of us from Gianni Creative Agency to discuss project requirements (including what photographic style(s) you want), goals, budget and timeline. 2. Quotation: If our pricing aligns with your budget, we will send you a quote with the cost of your desired project. To move forward, you will accept this quote and will be required to pay. 3. Payment of Quote: Please follow the instructions on our quote sent to you. For now, we only accept bank EFT payments. Payment is due immediately and upfront, before we can begin with your project(s). Once you have paid in full, you will be sent an invoice for your records. We will begin with your project(s). 4. Research and Planning: After understanding our client's needs, we conduct thorough research on the client's industry, target audience, competitors and current market trends. Based on the gathered information, a project plan is developed for us to visualise key deliverables, milestones and deadlines. Arrangements are made to organise photography shoots on-location or off-location. 5. Design Development: A comprehensive design is prepared, detailing the selected concept, proposed designs, colour schemes, typography and all required photographs (if applicable). Before delivery of proposed designs and/or photos, all materials undergo thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency and adherence to brand guidelines. Any errors or discrepancies are corrected to maintain the highest quality standards. The proposed designs and/or photos are presented to the client for feedback and review. The client provides feedback on the designs and/or photos, suggesting revisions or modifications as needed. We incorporate client feedback and make necessary adjustments to the designs and/or photos. 6. Finalisation of Designs: Graphic designs are refined and high-resolution versions of photography are selected. Final touches such as colour correction, image editing and typography adjustments are made. Once the revisions have been implemented, the final designs and/or photos are sent. 7. Post-implementation Follow-Ups and Evaluations: After the project is launched, we may seek feedback from you, the client, regarding the effectiveness of the designs in achieving their objectives. Any post-implementation support or maintenance needs are addressed and the client is assured of ongoing assistance if required. We may conduct a post-project evaluation to analyse the success of the designs in meeting client goals. Lessons learned from the project are documented for future reference and improvement in service delivery.
  • How much do your services cost?
    Depending on where in the world you are located, we have a pricelist that we can send you in a choice of 4 different currencies: South African Rands (R), Pound Sterling (£), Euros (€) or US Dollars ($). Please contact us for our pricelist. Please note our prices increase at the end of every year.
