When is the best time to book?

For other photography/videography sessions, we recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance. For weddings, it's best to book a few months to a year in advance. We always say the earlier the better so that we can guarantee your wedding date is still available.

What is required to secure a date?

When booking a photo session, you pay in full upfront to secure your session date. For weddings we ask for a 30% deposit to secure your date. We offer payment plans, if necessary, but we require the rest of the payment 3 weeks before your wedding date.

What if the weather is too bad on the day of our photo session?

Generally, the shoot takes place as usual when the weather is cloudy. Cloudy weather can be more desirable than shooting in strong sunlight. However, if it rains, we will either move indoors or reschedule to a new session date!

When will we receive the images/videos?

Within 2 to 4 weeks you will receive your images/videos through an online gallery. For weddings, you will receive preview images within 3 business days and the full gallery within 4 to 8 weeks (depending on the scope of the work that needs to be done).

Will we receive unedited images/videos as well?

No, we do not send unedited images or videos. The images/videos you receive from us will be edited in our unique style. We take our time on all images/videos and consider them our work of art. Please take this into consideration before booking!
