Introduction

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to our graphic design and photography services. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with this refund policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

Service Fees: Refunds are provided at the discretion of Gianni Creative Agency and may be subject to deduction for work completed or expenses incurred up to the point of cancellation.

Completed Projects: Refunds are not provided for completed projects or services already rendered. Once a project has been completed and delivered to the client, it is considered finalised and no refunds will be issued.

Requesting a Refund

Refund Requests: To request a refund, clients must submit a written request to Gianni Creative Agency outlining the reason for the refund and providing any relevant documentation to support their claim.

Approval Process: Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Gianni Creative Agency reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at our discretion.

Refund Processing

Timelines: Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following approval of the refund request. The exact processing time may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

Payment Method: Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction. If the original payment method is not available, alternative arrangements may be made at the discretion of Gianni Creative Agency.
