Gianni Creative Studio operates on a 100% upfront payment model in order to secure exclusive production dates, allocate planning resources and commit fully to each Client project.
This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may or may not apply.
By making payment, the Client agrees to this policy.
1. Upfront Payment & Booking Commitment
All projects require full payment upfront in order to:

Reserve production dates
-
Allocate pre-production planning
-
Commit calendar availability
-
Prepare equipment and logistics
Once payment is made and dates are secured, those dates are exclusively reserved for the Client.
2. Refund Structure
All payments are non-refundable.
Safari productions require strategic scheduling, opportunity cost of declined bookings and dedicated preparation. For this reason, funds are not returned once production has been booked.
3. Rescheduling Instead of Cancelling
We operate on flexibility and partnership within the safari industry.
If the Client needs to adjust production dates:

The project will be rescheduled.

A new mutually agreed date will be arranged.

Rescheduling should occur within 6 months of the original booking unless otherwise agreed.
Rescheduling does not result in a refund.
4. Weather-Related Rescheduling
We prioritise delivering high-end visual content that represents lodges at their best.
If heavy rain, prolonged overcast conditions or extreme weather would negatively impact the quality and brand positioning of the content:

The shoot will be rescheduled in consultation with the Client.

This decision is made in the best interest of the final marketing outcome.
Weather-related rescheduling does not qualify for a refund.
5. Wildlife & Operational Factors
Wildlife behaviour, lodge operations and environmental conditions are inherently unpredictable.
These factors do not constitute grounds for refund.
6. Post-Production & Delivered Content
Once final edited images or films have been delivered:

No refunds will be issued.

Reasonable revisions within the agreed project scope will be accommodated.
Creative preference differences do not qualify for refund if the content aligns with the approved brief and scope of work.
7. Force Majeure
In circumstances beyond either party’s reasonable control, including:

Natural disasters

Government restrictions
-
Civil unrest
-
Travel bans
The project will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed date.
Refunds are not automatically granted in force majeure situations and remain at the discretion of Gianni Creative Studio.
8. Digital Products (If Applicable)
If we offer digital products, templates or educational content:

All digital sales are final.

No refunds are issued once access has been granted.
